They never give me Cajun fries, they always give me regular fries its ridiculous. They never know how to properly sauce a sandwich either. The food is still good but it sucks spending money to get what you didn't want or food that is sub-par when you know it can be better. You get the drive through door closed in your face if you check the food, sucks it was dark because then I would've seen they messed up my order. This place should be a mid 3-star. Update: some of what I assume to be sour cream on a quesadilla, its just unfortunately unappetizing when your food has touched something you didn't order on it and especially when I'm not 100% sure of what that substance is.

We frequent Cook Out at Monkey Junction & especially love their milkshakes. Many, many flavors from which to choose. Their "cook out" burgers & onion rings are especially yummy. The line moves fast; their BLT is a favorite; ask for crispy bacon.

This particular cookout has been hit or miss for me. The building is made structurally to handle high volume of customers, the staff sometimes seem not to be. They always seem to be out of something, sometimes it's food, they're often out of corndogs, or shake ingredients, often cheesecake. You'll get hot food in a relatively short amount of time for a relatively decent price. Today though I definitely got a larger piece of onion than I did burger by volume 😭

At 2:30 in the morning while waiting on the birth of my grandchild, I stopped by this Cook Out. The service was very friendly and fast. I was told they are open until 4:00 AM, and I highly recommend this location. It is hard to find someone this friendly at this hour, and I greatly appreciate the excellent service. Santana, the person who took my order and spoke to me at the window, was professional and kind. Thank you!

After going to a Cookout off of College Road, 715 College R, I was greeted by a disrespectful worker. I wasn’t speaking loudly at the box, and I think because of that, the worker became agitated. Sadly, he escalated the incident and raised his voice, yelling at my friends and I, “To Just Order." Once we all completed our orders, we drove up to the window. The worker was rude at the window as well, but he handed over our food and drinks. We drove off, but then I found a large chunk of grey, seemingly pubic hair ( because of its coarse and curly pattern) in my milkshake. I turned on my flashlight and saw several chunks of hair. What was most disturbing was that there were different textures of hair: black, brown, straight, and curly. I’ve been eating at Cookout for years, and have never experienced something like this. I ate several bites of the milkshake before realizing, which is a legitimate health issue. I don’t want to make a big deal out of this, but I would like the people who did this to be held responsible.
